According to Gallup researchers, employee well-being includes five core components: Career well-being. The satisfaction people feel with work responsibilities and how they spend their time at work every day.

Employee well-being and mental health were ranked as a high priority by 68% of HR leaders, according to data from The Future Workplace 2021 HR Sentiment. Wellness initiatives are taking over in businesses all around the world as the younger, more accepting workforce starts to evaluate the workplace.
